Nigerian actress Ini Edo has been announced as one of the judges for Miss Black Africa UK 2013 which is slated for Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Royal Regency, London, UK.

She joins Adebayo Jones, Charles Ven, Sporah Njau, Jenni Steele and Justina Mutale.

The beauty competition is one of UK’s largest ethnic pageants, and was founded in 2011 with the sole aim of giving young African girls living in the United Kingdom a platform to showcase their beauty but most importantly their culture, talent and creativity to the world.

The pageant seeks to bring out those leadership qualities in women and the winner becomes a goodwill ambassador for Miss Black Africa, charged with designing and implementing a charity program based on their Pageant Platform.

In addition to the beauty competition, the Grand Finale is a Charity Award ceremony recognising individuals and organisations that have in one way or another contributed immensely to a good cause.
