O.i.B (Olu In Brazil) is set in the beautiful islands and villas of Brazil.
“While
on vacation in Brazil, I thought there is no reason why I shouldn’t
shoot a video in such a beautiful place. I quickly put together a team
to explore the possibility, and few months later one of the most
culturally rich videos I have been a part of, was shot.”
While in Brazil the production team from GIOVANNii – Vivendi responsible for the record breaking and chart topping video Ennuff Effizzi shot O.i.B. It however did not feel complete. Olu had to tap on long time trusted directorDJ Tee (responsible
for the Yahooze video) to add the authentic African flare. The
combination is a beautiful dose of a diverse presentation of rich
culture and colour.
The project wouldn’t be completed and wouldn’t be Mr NAWTi,
if it didn’t carry a patriotic message. This video was retooled to
serve as a cheer leading song for our National Soccer Team representing
our great nation on the World stage during the world cup in Brazil.
Olu Maintain would like to Join the rest of Nigeria and its supporters, as our Super Eagles and the rest of all AFRICAN TEAMS Go For Gold.
