His Excellency,The Executive Governor of Imo State (The People’s Governor),Owelle, Rochas Anayo Okorocha.
Sir,I am writing you with much concern after having read a letter to me by Mr Nwaokoro Kenneth Chinedu of his present condition. At first I wasn't going to write this letter, but knowing the fact that your duty as the state governor comes with a very tight schedule and the fact that a life is at stake, I have to pass the message by any means necessary. Please know that this letter is written in the spirit of patriotism and humanism.
I will go straight to the point by asking on behalf of Mr Nwaokoro Kenneth Chinedu to come to his aid. Knowing your philanthropic nature by all you have done through your foundation and as our state governor, I believe and trust that you will listen and do something about this cry fro help.

Good day my Ambassador, my name is Nwaokoro Kenneth Chinedu an ex-Computer science and information technology student of caritas university amorji Nike Enugu your almamatha. I hail from umuekebi in issialla mbano of imo state... Am the student that had Fatal fire accident on April 2013 that killed more than 80 people in a luxurious bus heading from Lagos to Enugu which I was the only survivor and my body burnt bitterly, this happened the same day Gov.Rochas (Imo state Governor) okorocha had a brain injury in auto crash and we we're both on the front page of the sun-newspaper which I still have the copies (and above is the accident link online) http://sunnewsonline.com/new/cover/hellfire-survivor/
Since my accident i have gone through series of surgeries and things have not been easy since I came back from the hospital; my Family spent all they had on my health including the debts pilled up for them to payback which is up to 3million naira. I managed to graduate from caritas and still waiting for God to bless me with any job commitment. Recently my body has been forming keloids because of excess scar formations because some part of my laps was cuti to cover my burnt hands (Skin Grafting) which the doctor who referred me to UC-Davis Health Systems in USA stated that my surgery might cost about 5.8million approximately and am still waiting for the hospital to send me final assessment email, Please I really need your help to assist me to reach The governor of Imo State (Rochas Okorocha) I strongly believe that he will assist my life the way I am now.
I have made several efforts to reach and contact u, but I couldn’t get your mobile digits from anyone, it was Rev fr Prof Remy Onwenwuenyi (The Dean of Environmental Sciences) your faculty, that told me about you after I complained to him that I wanted to reach my state governor, Rochas and he advised me to contact you for assistance which I found your name on Facebook and decided to reach you through here. I pray my brief message will get to you and touch your heart because right now am helpless, I really need the governor to assist me, please help me with your heart as a brother...I will be so much glad to receive a response from u please. God will surely bless you much.
