The outrageous 20-year-old will no doubt continue to raise eyebrows by stripping off to ride a wrecking ball (also the title of the track) in a video directed by notorious fashion photographer Terry Richardson.
‘It’s officially here #wreckingballonvevoNOW,’ the singer tweeted to her 13.6million followers, alongside a link to the video of her new ballad.
The video begins with Miley standing in front of a white background and staring into the camera teary-eyed.
But things soon take a steamy twist when the singer stomps around the set in a pair of white knickers and a mini-vest. And even these are removed as she strips totally naked to sit atop the ball.
Photographer and director Terry Richardson has photographed many famous faces in the nude, including Kate Moss and Lady Gaga.
