Tragedy Struck on Tuesday as a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member was reportedly killed when a speed boat conveying about eight passengers capsized at Igbokoda waterways in Ilaje Local Government area of Ondo State. Efforts are on to recover the body of the corps member whose identity was given as Juliet Okorocha. Reports had it that the deceased and others boarded the capsized speed boat at a point in Ilepete enroute Igbokoda when the accident occurred in a mission yet to be known. Marine policemen and other sister security agents are working hard to recover the corpse of the female corps member, while the seven other occupants of the ill fated speed boat are said to have survived the accident. The state police spokesperson, Wole Ogodo confirmed the incident.
