Miley’s currently traveling the globe, promoting her upcoming album, giving her a fair share of opportunities to let us in on her eclectic wardrobe; she’s currently in Germany.
On her Twitter, she also announced she'll be releasing a new single on August 26 called “23” featuring rapper Wiz Khalifa.
