Its become official. The legendary Onyeka Onwenu will serve alongside MI and Ghanaian hiplife star Reggie Rockstone as judges on Globacom‘s X-Factor. Beat FM OAP Toolz was also announced as host yesterday.
X-Factor, a reality television singing competition which has gained
prominence in the US and the UK is set to also unearth singing talents
in the African sub-region. The concept of the series is to find new
singing talents, solo or a group, aged 12 and over, drawn from public
auditions.
The winner of the show is expected to walk home with N24million including a recording and management contract with world renowned music company Sony Music Entertainment.
