According to Ecomium magazine  , Pastor Kumuyi’s N4 billion 30,000 seater ultra modern auditorium would be one of the grandest church in Africa when completed.<br /><br />The magazine confirmed that the auditorium is built like a stadium and sits on an underground structure whih contains a car park  which  would take 160 cars.<br /><br />It would seat more than 30,000 worshippers at a go. It is a mini-stadium and is costing the church over N4 billion,<br /><br />An Italian firm, Cappa & D’Alberto won the contract for the construction the online  magazine reports . The building will cover 6,200 square metres, with an additional 16,244 square metres for landscaping, walks and car parks. Seven months after suspending his son, John Kumuyi, for staging what is 
considered 'an extravagant wedding' in Deeper Life doctrine, Pastor W.F.
 Kumuyi has re-instated him as a pastor in the church after he and 
elders of the church forgave John and his wife, who were jointly

 A pastor who heads Helicopter of Christ Ministries in Kenya has been 
accused of charging people money to check if their names are in the book
 of life, a Kenyan website reports. Pastor Wahome charges Sh 1,500 
(2,848.46 NGN) from anyone who wants to know about this mystery. This is
 not the first time the pastor will be accused of fooling his church 
members and the public, as he also did something similar in 2012. In 
2012, the pastor wore a particular garment and said whoever touched it 
will be healed of any sickness just like the woman with the issue of 
blood, in Mark 5:21-34 who got healed after touching the garment of 
Jesus. He also charged Sh 1,200( 2,278.77 NGN) for this. Shockingly a 
lot of people flooded his church to receive their supposed healing and 
are still running there to see if their names are in the book of life.<br />

Rev. Teddy Parker a Macon at Georgia killed himself a few days 
after telling his congregation at his church that God was not hearing 
him and no longer felt a connection to God.<br />

his congregation “I try to serve but I don’t feel like God is using me. 
And 
there are times in your life when God purposely withdraws from you, he

The Reverend Parker, a father of two, shot himself in the head with his own pistol 
 following Sunday service at
 Bible Mount Zion Baptist Church while his family and congregation were

Matabeleland South, have expelled its pastor after he impregnated six of

A church pastor has been arrested in Imo state in connection with a kidnapping case and also for possession of Indian hemp.<br />

General overseer of Divine Justice Church, Owerri, Imo State, Pastor 
Clement Ezeigbo, who is currently cooling his heels in the police Anti 
Kidnap Unit of the state police command, told the police: “I don’t know 
anything about kidnapping but I am the owner of the Indian hemp (Igbo) 
but the good thing is that I don’t smoke it but I use it to prepare my 
food. I enjoy eating food prepared with Indian hemp.”<br />
<br />

“I don’t think there is anything wrong when you use Indian hemp to 
prepare your food; it gives inspiration and it makes one have sober 
reflection and that is why I recommend it to my Church members.<br />
<br />
 I use to
 preach to my members against smoking it but I encourage them to cook 
their food with hemp. “Some of my members do prepare some delicacies 
with it, which they serve me. I love Indian hemp because after eating 
Indian hemp, it gives me inspiration, then when I mount the pulpit, you 
will notice the efficacy of hemp.” Explaining what brought him to the 
police, he told CrimeWatch that “on the fateful day, I was in my Church,
 praying when the police stormed the place, claiming they were looking 
for some kidnappers, who used to hide their victims near my Church. I 
told them that I was not aware of the hideouts of kidnappers.<br />
<br />
 You see, 
it was while searching my Church that they saw the Indian hemp. Well, I 
did not deny ownership of the hemp, it belongs to me; I love it.”<br />
<br />

When he was confronted by Crime- Watch whether it was right for a man
 of God to indulge in using Indian hemp, he said: “Let any man show me 
where it was written in the bible that thou should not cook with Indian 
hemp.”<br />
<br />

The state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Mohammed Katsina, told 
CrimeWatch that some kidnappers were living beside the Church. He said 
some victims were rescued by the police, who stormed the scene. Katsina 
said the pastor and other accomplices took to their heels on sighting 
the police. He said the police were able to arrest the pastor.<br />
<br />

According to him, when a search was conducted on the Church premises,
 a bundle of Indian hemp was recovered. The CP added that the police

It seems the reported wedding between Sunmbo Ajaba, 2Face’s babymama; 
and her heartthrob, Pastor David Adeoye, has been cancelled. The 
wedding, which should have held last week Saturday in Lagos, didn’t take
 place any longer. On that day, Sunmbo was reportedly in the United 
States of America celebrating the birthday of her child, who turned 
five, while her Pastor ‘hubby’ was reportedly in church in Lagos. Even the Registry that was supposed to hold on Thursday, May 2 in Ikoyi, didn’t take place as earlier planned. Pastor
 Adeoye is the Senior Pastor at Royal Christian Centre. It is still not

seven suspects of a robbery gang that attacked the Murtala Muhammed 
International Airport in Lagos last month.<br />

Among the suspects, was the General Overseer of The Way of Joy Church 
located in Egbe, a Lagos suburb. The pastor, identified as Ibikunle

Although, Pastor Ibikunle disclosed that his share of the loot was 
N500,000. But investigation carried out by Crime Guard showed that he 
might have got more than that. A suspected member of the gang confirmed

discovery that Pastor Ibikunle bought two cars apparently from his share
 of the loot, two weeks later.<br />

A man who pleaded anonymity opened up and asked :“Are you a member of the church”? The reporters shook their heads.<br />

He further said, “ if you know what is good for you, better leave there 
before you will get yourself into trouble. The white garment church was 
sealed last week after the arrest of the Pastor.. Some policemen came 
last week and arrested him and before we knew it, we started hearing he

Before his arrest, Pastor Ibikunle was said to have dedicated two 
vehicles, during which he hosted members of his church and friends to a 
buffet.<br />

in and out of the church on daily basis. And on Sundays, there were

cars. It was not long that we heard he bought them with the proceeds 
from the robbery operation at the airport. It was after his arrest that I

The remains of Chief Oluwole Awolowo will be committed to mother earth on Friday, April 19, 2013. Meanwhile, The General Overseer of R.C.C.G, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has 
visited the family. He paid a condolence visit to the matriarch of the 
Awolowo dynasty, Chief (Mrs) HID Awolowo, over the death of Chief 
Oluwole Awolowo. In his words,<br />

“we should give thanks in all things. We all have our 
appointed times. If the appointed day comes, no one can query God. We cannot understand why it happened. We are sad, but we give glory to 
God. We beseech you Lord that this family shall not witness any form of 
sorrow again,” <b>he prayed.</b></blockquote>

He urged Mama to take solace in the fact that God knew best and also 
prayed that good news would never ceased in the Awolowo’s home.<br />

A parish Reverend of an orthodox church in Bariga, Lagos has become 
incapacitated after a strange fall at the entrance of his church. It 
has turned into a bone problem on which all his money is being expended.<br />

“I used to have many members, but by the time I returned from a long 
treatment I discovered I was left with only five church members,” he 
cried out.</blockquote>

Pastor Amos Oladipupo, a father of two, told Punch that since the 
sickness refused to abate, his church members had also abandoned him.<br />

Narrating the incident amid tears, he said, “It had just rained that 
day, and I wanted to take something outside. I suddenly fell on the 
pavement at the side door of the church.<br />
<br /><blockquote class="tr_bq">
“I initially experienced a little body ache, but I ignored that because it was expected after a fall like that.<br /><br />
“I became worried after  the pain kept increasing. It became so 
unbearable that I had to see a doctor who told me it was rheumatoid 
arthritis, a critical bone problem and that I would require an 
operation”</blockquote>

Asked if he had not prayed on the matter, he said, “Many pastors and 
prophets together with some church members have had vigils and prayers 
for me. I think it is their prayers that have sustained me till today.”<br />
<br />
He said he had struggled with the condition for three years with pain 
killer drugs until his doctor advised him in April 2012 that he might 
not survive the trauma if nothing urgent is done to save the situation.<br />
<br />
Pastor Oladipupo, who hails from Abeokuta in Ogun State, is appealling 
to good Nigerians to save him from dying. He said, “I cannot walk, I 
crawl with my hands to enable me move around, and life is really 
unbearable. The doctors said I need N1m for the operation to save me. I 
don’t have a kobo. Nigerians should help me."<br />
<br />
Meanwhile, the Public Relations Officer of the Christian Association of 
Nigeria, Bariga branch, Moses Olutoye, said before the accident Pastor 
Oladipupo used to be a fervent and zealous prophet before he was 
incapacitated by the accident.<br />
<br />
Surprisingly, he added that the division within CAN in the state had made it impossible for them to help the pastor.</div>
