 live, making it harder to defeat. Obesity is a major risk factor for 
serious chronic diseases and conditions including Type 2 diabetes, 
hypertension, sleep apnea, gallstones, infertility, varicose veins, 
gout, osteoarthritis and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- If you are
 overweight, take action right now to prevent crossing over into 
obesity. The first step is to make healthier lifestyle choices in your 
diet and exercise.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- Eat healthy. Include fruits, green 
vegetables, cereals and whole grain foods in your daily diet. Avoid 
sweets, fried, junk, packaged and refined foods. Eat small meals and 
chew your food slowly</span></li>

for cardiovascular exercise. You don't need fancy exercise equipment or

weight loss methods unless they are medically supervised. This category

 Heather Koon, faces two counts of rape after police say they found 
video on her laptop of her “engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown 
infant.” An investigation also revealed an additional victim.</span></div>

 allegedly found the video on Koon’s laptop at the apartment where her 
boyfriend, James Osborne, lives. Osborne is a registered sex offender. 
Both Koon and Osborne were arrested Oct. 4 within hours of each other, 
and were held at Lorain County Jail.</span></div>

 reported that both sexual assaults took place at ABC Kidz child care in
 Elyria. Concerned parents said they fear their children may also be 
victims.</span></div>

 doesn’t like his diaper being changed. He doesn’t like being touched… 
When I used to drop him off there he used to scream so bad that he would
 be like hyperventilating,” Andrea Lankey, whose 2-year-old was under 
Koon’s care, told the station.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">In a statement, Carlos Johnson, the attorney for ABC Kidz, said the company does not believe there were other victims:</span></div>

'How Policemen Tried To Rape Me In Their Station'

<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Mr. Abdullahi Araga, a lawyer has narrated how he was illegally detained and almost raped by police officers at Rigasa police station in Kaduna State.</span></b></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Araga told a reporter that trouble started on September 16, 2013, at 8pm when he noticed someone was flashing a torch light at his living room. He said he later discovered that it was his neighbour whom he identified as Ibrahim Ahmadu.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Continuing, he said, “Without hearing my statement, I was asked to be illegally detained by DSP Abdullahi Muhammed Isah without any signed detention order by any police officer. When I tendered my torn clothes as exhibit, it was rejected by the policemen at the counter. My plea to allow me have medical treatment at Rigasa General Hospital which was a stone throw from the police station was rejected.</span></div>
